Return Process

  Log into your account, select the specific order from your history, and click the 'Return/Exchange' button to begin the process.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags, labels, and invoice copies are included inside the parcel.

  Schedule Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package and perform a quick quality check.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
